Marco Soldato

Compliance Officer

Marco joined Plenisfer Investments in September 2022.

 Previously, Marco was a Compliance Specialist for the Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo mainly dealing with the management of conflicts of interest and inside information in providing investment services (i.e. primary market transactions) by the Bank to listed third party issuers. During these 7 years he had the opportunity to strengthen his skills taking part in several initiatives and projects, not least the one related to the Bank's obtainment of the U.S. Financial Holding Company status working, for a short period, in New York City.

 Before this experience, Marco worked for Ernst & Young as a Junior Consultant within the Financial Advisory division taking part in projects supporting clients operating in the financial services sector both in Italy and abroad. Prior to that, he had a brief experience in the pharmaceutical sector as a Credit Analyst.

 Marco holds a Master Degree in Economics and International Finance from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Palermo.

 Marco uses to read books and he is a football fan, especially supporting Palermo Football Club.
